Vodacom Billing Issues

Vodacom Business **** - "Let us upgrade you from 2GB to 4GB at minimal cost like R30" via a recorded line and now on my bill the increase is R200 for the 2GB. They have done me on all 3 of my lines. Very upset and almost impossible to reach anyone helpful via call centre.
