Vodacom Billing In Spite of Limits Set. ****************!!

<p>Vodacom is ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!! Set my rooter data limit to R3000. Rooster blocked on 5th of month with a bill of R7000+. Even though vodacom app still shows available data and the bill is R368. Went into Vodacom. Was instructed that this sometimes happens and that the limits doesnt always work. Also I wont be able to use the internet for another month while they try to figure out what the problem is. They will log a service call?!?! Want to cancel? Also not that easy. Instructed to contact cancellations. No answer!! Switching networks ASAP. Vodacom Sucks!! Want to rate it minus 10 stars. </p>
