Vodacom Billing / Data

<p>So I have had my new contract with Vodacom for about 6months, now in my last 2 year contract (2014 Augs - 16 Augs) I never got a billed more than 800-900 a month, with my new contract it's doubled.</p> <p>In my previous account I have ask them numerous times to send me a bill for the month not once to date have I received a statement, after ask them like a 100 times and telling them to mail the statement to my email, went to the shop gave them my email countless times but nothing......really you bill me but you don’t provide prove of it..... </p> <p>but wait there's more, so Vodacom has this app indicating your bill for the month......that seems to be a bull**** story as well......because that's not my bill, and I would like to know how you charge me money when I’m on Wifi and not even using my data?????? I can see weekly how my bill is accumulating on the app but I have data left, Voice minutes and sms? WHY I'M I BEING CHARGE WHEN MY DATA IS NOT FINISHED AND IM ON WIFI.....this is the last 6 months on my new contract, you can’t call the call centre there's just no answer.</p> <p>Vodacom you are *****ing from people, and this is wrong. And you can’t even explain yourselves....there's so many of these stories and you do nothing about it, IT'S DISCUSTING HOW YOU ROB PEOPLE. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will see what happens....I'm actually going to buy a pay as you go and not even use my contract phone to see what the deal is, your service is socking, and you are in breach of your contract with me, how do you take my money and have no explanation for your actions, this is the biggest BS ever. </p> <p> </p> <p>You can’t charge someone when he's on WiFi......I don’t get it. </p>
