Vodacom billing

I have been trying to sort out a billing problem with Vodacom by email for a whole week now. My e mails only get answered by computer generated emails with no reference to my actual complaint. It only threatens to cut my service if l do not pay a certain amount of which l do not have any knowledge as my account is paid in full monthly. I am not prepared to talk to anybody over the phone as l want record of my communications.

Reviewer Update
I at last had a call from Vodacom Customer Services today after having complaints since the 25th March 2024.

I was obliged to look at another fiber service provider as I had no proper service from Vodacom since January 2024. The signal kept on dipping and then the message reads "CONNECTED WITHOUT INTERNET. I had to then again unplug the router and wait and then pug it in again, this happened on a daily basis. If this did not work, I had to call Vodacom Fiber support, then they reboot from their side and the fiber works for another day and starts again. I signed up approximately 4 years ago with Vodacom on a 12 month contract, which according to me was payable in advance monthly. On 22 March 2024 I moved to Level 7 and I informed Vodacom that the contract for fiber was cancelled. According to Vodacom I had to give 30 notice to cancel the fiber. So, I had not proper fiber service from Vodacom since January 2024, on which I loose money as I am working from home, let alone the frustration accompanying the situation. I took the matter up with Vodacom on e-mail, I never got an answer to my problem, only a computer generated e-mail threatening to cut my mobile service if I do not pay, and that I had to authenticate the e-mail? HOW HOW HOW?

On their reply I was told this is their rules, you have to pay for a months notice on fiber, without having the service which Vodacom had to provide to me as a client. I experience VODACOM as a company who is bullying their customers for even if you do not have the service which you sign up for, you still have to pay, for it is their rules. As soon as my mobile contract expires with Vodacom I will cancel everything and go to another service provider, I do not deal with a company that has no compassion for their clients even when it is their own doing that one has to look for an alternative solution. So if you want to move from Vodacom to another service provider you have to give a months notice, and after the months notice and Vodacom Fiber is disconnected, the only you contact another service provider who will tell you it takes about 14 days to get connected. So for 14 days I must not work, I must wait until the new fiber is connected, or work on very expensive data. Thank you Vodacom, I had been with your company for many years but due to your pathetic rules and the way you bully your customers to pay for services you do not supply, this will be ending soon.
