Vodacom billed for Opera Telecoms-Not Subscribed

I was billed R4000 for my Vodacom account this month. When I enquired I was told I am subscribed for an \Opera Telecoms"service which is R50 per day. I never subscribed for any such service. When I Googled Opera Telecoms"
