Vodacom - billed for canceled insurance and upgrades done without my concern.

How I regret ever taking a contract with Vodacom, I have been charged for insurance canceled a long time ago, and am still struggling to get back my money even though their records show all my communication and worse part my contracts have been upgraded without my acknowledgment. Contracts are never-ending. Am actually irate by their services.
