Vodacom bill over charge

Hello Vodacom I'm writing this review your service delivery is really pathetic last year December you over change me on my insurance you said you will fix it you never did the people working for you don't know what they are doing I can call and report as many times as I want no one fixes the issue and on top of that you over change me on my Bill and when I tell you even if it's your fault I will pay it at the end of February you still Go and cut my line I can truely say that people working for your company are *********** don't know what they are doing now I must sit on the other side of the world and you cut my line after I made an arrangement to pay it you said I must make the payment you will reimburse the money into my app all that I can say is well ****ing done when my contract ends I'm done with Vodacom
