VODACOM - Biggest * with ***** staff

Vodacom are ******* and the staff are unprofessional and ***********. Sat over half an hour on the phone and after being transferred just get cut off. No decency to phone back. If you are thinking of joining Vodacom PLEASE DON'T. After sales service sucks and they will decide to increase prices whenever they want to.

I received an SMS stating my query has been resolved but have not had any feedback from Vodacom. Seems like it is standard practice for Vodacom to close queries without engaging with the client (not the first time this has happened to me)
