VODACOM, BIGGEST SERVICE PROVIDER? OR BIGGEST **********.

******* UPGRADE BY VODACOM

MRS B. SCHEEPERS, CONTRACT NO: ********** 632, REF NO:1-EL130CW, ref no: 1- ********** 0652 and ref no: ********** B8F75

More than a week ago I realised that my normal monthly deduction for my 1GIG DATA contract of R89 was replaced by a deduction of R648.99. After phoning VODACOM, I was told that my data contract was upgraded to a cellphone contract(FLEXI200). Prety stupid if I use the sim card IN A ****LE FOR A LAPTOP!

I told Vodacom that I did not request an upgrade and asked that the contract be suspended immediatly. They refused. When I demanded to know who performed the upgrade, I was told that they cant tell me, when I asked were it has been done, I was told it was done in a Mall more than 500km away from me. I demanded to see the proof of the upgrade(upgrade contract and ID copy) and again told them that I did NOT request an upgrade. I was told that they cannot supply me with the proof of upgrade documents. I asked for the contract to be stoped and my deductions to be refunded but they rejected my request.

I then went to the police were I stated under oath in an AFFIDAVIT that I did not authorize ANY opgrades on my contract for ********** 632, I sent this document with an ID copy, to documents@vodacom as requested on the 9/10/2016.

To date, I have recieved ZERO feedback, ZERO response, and ZERO sympathy from VODACOM

I again phoned on the 12/10/2016, and spoke to the 4th person at Vodacom, but still no info.

IT IS VODACOMS BURDEN TO PROVE THAT I REQUESTED AN UPGRADE, NOT THE CUSTOMERS BURDEN TO PROVE THAT I DID NOT UPGRADE.

THIS IS *****! AND I WILL OPEN A CASE OF ***** IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED

I want this upgrade canceled, I want my money refunded, and I want all other VODACOM contracts in my name cancelled.

Big companies like VODACOM only cares about profit, they have time to phone you once a week to sell you an upgrade, but when you have a problem they ignore you and dont respond to your querries.

POOR SERVICE BY THE NATIONS BIGGEST SERVICE PROVIDER, OR SHALL I SAY, BIGGEST **********!
