Vodacom Biggest ****s

Vodacom sent out people to have a contract for fibre with them and given I'm a student it would have been useful for my research. They said 1st month (September) Would be free and then going forward i'd have to then pay so I signed. They had the machine delivered with instructions on how to install. And I did so. There was no network connect so I tried calling and everytime I called there was a large volume of calls and I'm a telkom user so I was charged for airtime. Send emails with query and there was still nothing. So instead I used my data and thought maybe it's cause of the area I live in which had network problems for fibre. The beginning of October 2020 they sent a statement of R599 with not connecting to the internet. I called the lady who came to my house and told me to cancel. I called Vodacom and finally went through and the men who assisted me said it was "not activated" so I asked why am I being billed for something that's not activated. He asked if I wanted it to be activated and I told him cancel. I don't want it cause right now I'm being billed for something I'm not having access too. He cancelled it. And my case was in process. Another month beings and I'm still billed at another month... This is unacceptable. What exactly am I being billed for. If there was access to data then I'd understand but there's no assess whatsoever.

I've been contacting Vodacom and nothing much is being done. The amount "owed" to them continues to escalate and I'm not even using it.
