Vodacom, biggest ****s in the industry!!

My rating for Vodacom would be -10. Service is rediculous! I phoned in to switch a number to pay as you go, just to find end of the month it is now on a zero red contract for some reason and there were other services loaded I did NOT ask for! Then I was told I can "enhance" two other lines I have with vodacom. I explained to the lady I do not even have the sim for these numbers and need to cancel them as soon as possible. I ask her if the "enhancement" will push my time up for when I can cancel the lines and she says no, they will not. What do I see in my mailbox from vodacom? a contract stating "thank you for your upgrade, your contract is till end 2026" So I was now conned into two more lines that I am not even using!!!

Vodacom, you need to contact me and rectify your mistakes!
