VODACOM BEYOND PATHETIC!!!!!!

Pathetic and useless. I will definitely not recommend Vodacom to any one. I had numerous fights with them adding stuff onto my account. I struggled since November to get insurance which I didn't asked for off my account. Now all of a sudden they are charging me content services. Which I also before hat to fight to get off my account because to sms STOP ALL does not help at all. A manager apparently blocked my account so they cannot activate it again. But sure as hell it is on my account again!!!!!!!!!!

Why must I stick to my part of the contract but they can just do what ever they want???????? I really had it with them. If I can hand back my phone and stop my contact as in now I will because they are beyond useless!!!!!!!

PLEASE DON"T SIGN UP WITH VODACOM YOU WILL FOREVER BE SORRY!!!!!!!!!

So Vodacom is denying any content service charges on my account. I wonder what this is? Sure as hell not Premium smses as they are implying.

This happened the previous time as well. First 23c and the a bill of R300!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from Vodacom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
