VODACOM, BEWARE OF THEIR CALL CENTRES.
Vodacom phoned me at the end of 2014 and ask whether I would like to upgrade. They insisted that I upgrade because the package is exactly the same and the monthly premium would be less. I have three devices on the same number and thus three sim-cards on the same number. Since the beginning of January my I-pad minni and my Mac wouldn't connect to the internet with 3G. I went to Vodacom and they suggested that I go back to the previous package. So WHY DOES VODACOM HARRAS ITS CUSTOMERS AND LURE THEM INTO SOMETHING THEY DON'T WANT AND DON'T NEED. This caused me a lot of unnecessary problems and wasted a lot of my time.
Lunga at vodacom Greenacres was a real help and he said that the marketing section was in the wrong because they didn't look at my package when they phoned me. He wrote a letter requesting restoration to my previous package.
IT IS NOW THREE DAYS SINCE MY COMPLAINT AND STIL NOTHING FORTHCOMMING FROM VODACOM
