Vodacom - BEWARE
Vodacom reliable? Not anymore. After 20 years of using the same number, last week Sunday Vodacom block my entire service. They did not even have the professionalism to warn me. I only realised when I found myself stranded with no access to data or call service. They've refuse to provide a reason for my account being locked and also refuse to return a defective item I bought. Furthermore, R300+ airtime and 10GB data have been frozen and they do not want to reimburse me! Please be warned and stay away from the Vodacom network. At any moment they can suspend service and all your personal information will be put at risk if you have banking apps, and store profiles linked to the account.
