Vodacom Bethlehem took my elderly parents for a ride

My parents live in Bethlehem and being far away from them I hope and trust that people who "have knowledge" of phones will help them with the correct advice. Vodacom in Bethlehem has however let me and them down numerous times. The last few months she has been struggling with her phone and sim card. They told her every lie in the book to try and get her to buy unneccesary things or get services that is not needed. They said her number is inactive even though I pay that account. After visiting the VERY helpful Vodacom in the Cresta Shopping Centre in JHB, they showed me that her simcard was cut! They likely had no Nano Sim in store so they cut it to make it fit. I am so dissapointed. Not only did it cost money to repair, it caused stressed.
