Vodacom best fibre network and overall best service providor

This is directly pointed to Valerie Stainbank at vodacom fibre to home.

She knows the whole story how I desperately tried moving over to vodacom from the other service provider which i wil leave anon but she knows who it is their service was horrible. Valerie went out of her way to help me pulling manager s****s and patience to solve my problem.

I would just like to thank her for her patience and determination to get my order sorted, the call recordings between us will prove how amazing she is at her job and even after i wanted to give up she kept pushing and got me over to vodacom its a very long story.

She was amazing and my services is online, openserve came and changed my ONT from that other provider to vodacom and even the next day they brought my vodacom router everything was so professional and smooth. I want to just keep on writing about the amazing service i got from her and vodacom. I would like to ask that you give this message through to everyone who was involved in getting me over to vodacom and thank them out of my heart for showing me why i chose vodacom not only with the fibre but with my cell contracts over the years, vodacom always every single time assisted me whenever i needed help even in times where money was tight and i needed desperate help to just make arrangements on my contracts they were amazing. I will never ever in my life move away from vodacom if they keep up this kind of service.

Vodacom fibre dept your fibre support and sales department is 100% the consultants are amazing and they are patient and their knowledge is spot on the get sales done and support fixed.

I was getting service from the other service provider which was ***********, slow, unknowledgeable and they didn't even know how their own order processes worked and their support is hideous but vodacom i will put that slogan on your ads every time - Vodacom south Africa's best network - hell yes!!

Btw my fibre is stable and running perfectly! :)
