Vodacom best coverage.. Yeah right

Almost a year has passed since the Mall has opened and Vodacom still has no signal in here. We have had numerous attempts to get it sorted out and are nowhere closer than a year ago. All the faults that have been logged has been closed without the problem being sorted out or Vodacom sending anyone out to come and test the problem. and please don't say you will call me. AS THERE IS NO SIGNAL!!!!!!
