Vodacom being sneaky

Hi,<br> <br> I had two Vodacom contracts cancelled on the 25th April 2015. Note that i requested a premature cancellation quote and paid it immediately.<br> <br> So by the 03/05/2015 they still have not processed the cancellation. So today i am told i owe R 1,252.50.I suppose when i asked them for a cancellation in April that it would include all outstanding monies etc. and still get a discount of 25%. However it seems that they treated my cancellation payments as normal and i owe the balance...<br> <br> I really would appreciate someone knowledgeable to contact me an explain this. <br>
