Vodacom - Being handed over to lawyers after account was paid up !!! BS

<p> I will never ever recommend anyone to ever take out a contract with Vodacom !!! They keep handing me over to various debt collection lawyers for an account that has been paid up ages ago. When I spoke to the agent at Vodacom that person told me that I don't have to worry, my account will automatically be closed. Now because of *********** Vodacom staff not telling me that I have to cancel the contract in writing even after paying them back all their money. What type of BS policy is that anyway? </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been told, I was listed on ITC because of breaking the contract policy, I am so ****ed off !</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you even list me on ITC without notifying me, I am in the process of buying a house God ****it !!! </p> <p> </p> <p>I really am ****ed off, because this is not the first time collectors are calling me for this account that has been paid up in 2015 already...</p>
