Vodacom becoming the worst service provider

During this week I have been trying my utmost to take out a contract with Vodacom. I have been a vodacom supported for 14 years now! I'm always convincing my friends and family that vodacom is the best and I wont ever move. But after this tedious week I am finding myself on the verge of moving to another service provider. I saw a deal online for the samsung s6 when I went to the store they told me they cannot give me this deal I can only get it online. So I left the store and then decided to try another vodacom store and see if they can help.... Guess what? they were able to give me the deal I saw online! Funny 1st store was addiment they couldn't help me. I asked what was need to apply for the contract . I was told I need a ID, Proof of residence, payslip and 3 months bank statements. I supp**** these docs only to be told no I need stamped banks statements. so I had to get that done as well. 3 days later still trying to apply only for vodacom to again want me to run around third time to the bank because the last week does not reflect on the statement. by now I'm ****ed off! It was easier to apply for a new car of R190K than to apply for a pathetic R12K cell. I told them to cancel!
