Vodacom becoming the worst business of all time

I have been battling with vodacom for , probably 2 to 3 years now trying to sort out an issue with my account. They have affected my credit score and yet still no help from Vodacom. Does anyone know of a lawyer than can assist me with this situation. I cannot believe that vodacom has become such a useless company I always preferred them over all the others. The help desk has no idea the tellers are useless always cutting calls and always telling you they will come back to you I am one disgusted EX customer Is anyone else having these issues ?
