Vodacom becomes the new Telkom by holding customers hostage

I have been trying to cancel my contract with vodacom because i am om the 23rd month. I have been calling for days and they drop the call the minute you choose contract cancellation. This is so underhanded vodacom. You are now becoming Telkom. Please cancel my contract. You are known for black listing people after they reverse funds you take from them after you have made it hard for them to cancel contracts with you. If there was a way i could choose no star in this rating i would've. You service is underhanded.
