Vodacom became a virus you cannot shed.

I have a customer of Vodacom since Vodacom started, and I have 9 contracts for my family and the service has always been excellent.

I am trying close some of my contracts that is coming to end and is obsolete to me.

I Vodacom in Menlyn and Tumi assisted me with exelent care. She was brilliant and she knew wat to do.

She said that I must Contract Cancellations at *** (0pton 2) to close the contracts.

I tried Sunday and Monday with no luck. I have tried before a few times to get contracts cancelled and the same happened as well.

Vodacom become a virus that you cannot get read of. I am now at the point of not using Vodacom again ever.
