VODACOM -BEACON BAY -RETAIL PARK - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I had to add 1 Star, I did not want to. Vodacom Beacon Bay Retail Park, is definitely not doing their job. We got a new contract handset in December 2023, they were ****** in January and blacklisted my phone, which tells me it was never taken off the stock list. To date 17 APRIL 2024 my phone is still blacklisted, so in effect I have been paying for a faulty handset for 5 months. they refused at the time and still now to give me another handset, we just get told to be patient. So my question is, are they going to refund me for 5 months, would any one working there be happy with this situation if it were their phone? This is the most bizarre situation I have ever been in! If it's broken, replace it and sort it out on your own time, not mine. We have driven back and forth, phoned, emailed, and the answer stays the same. be patient, we are sorting it out? NO!!! YOU HAVE HAD 5 MONTHS TO SORT IT OUT?? I actually have no words for these people anymore. WORST SERVICE FROM VODACOM EVER - THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. My next step is migrating my number to another service provider. I'M DONE!!

Morning thank you for your assistance from your side, without your help and intervention this would not have been resolved. This particular branch only resolved the problem after this post. And herein lies the problem, why did I have to resort to a social media complaint. They could have sorted this out a week after the incident, not 5 months later after head office had to step in and make things happen.
We feel like they consider us a nuisance, that it's out fault and they are doing us a favor. No apologies, just a thank you that we solved our own problem, no compensation for our loss.

Something very odd is up with that particular store, after the way we were treated, I'm not sure that they should be trading under the Vodacom banner.
