Vodacom ****

I cannot believe I have been ****med by Vodacom again! When will I learn that the consultants at cancellation are all ****s. 2 years ago, I called to cancel my contract. A consultant told me that he could give me 20GB of data for R64.00 per month. It sounded too good to be true, so I kept asking him if he was sure it was for every month. After the first month, I did not receive any data. When I contacted Vodacom, they said it was a promotion and it was only for 1 month, I wrote a review on Hello Peter. I did not hear from Vodacom but I did get my 20GB restored for the full 24 months - an acknowledgement that they **** to me. So I call today to cancel my contract, I tell Lungelo on cancellation that I was ****med last time and am not interested in hearing lies again. He assures me that he will not lie to me because he will loose his job. I spend ages on the phone to him while he tells me about all these too-good-to-be true deals. He says it is not written is stone until I confirm by replying to the email he sent me about the deal and I can also call the cancellation number and speak to him if I am not happy. Well, I wasn't happy because he said I was receiving R80 airtime a month and I have plenty of airtime currently. This was not true. When I called ***, I was not able to go to cancellations because I appear to already have started my new contract. Lungelo was the one who activated the contract, so he would have know full well that I would not have been able to get back to him. Then I go put through to various department, each time having to go through the same ID check, and nothing has been resolved. I want this contract that was not suppose to be activated cancelled immediately without having to speak to another Vodacom consultant. I have wasted hours on listening to lies and I am livid.
