Vodacom Baywest - USELESS USE ANOTHER STORE

month ago I gave in a phone for repairs at Baywest store, we waited patiently, eventually got a call insurance approved repairs, this monday after I called and was told they would find out whats up the person at the store called me called back and said its in transit to the store, I can call back thursday some time late afternoon, So yesterday (Friday) I called got put through to some useless assistant who has no idea what she is doing and says she will track where the phone is and will call me back, she NEVER does and almost three hours go by and you eventually I call them ... they didn't do what they said they would, all you get is "WAIT FOR THE SMS ... WAIT FOR THE SMS"

NO SORRY ... NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!! WHERE IS THE PHONE I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH BUT CANT USE BECAUSE YOU PROMISED ME IT WOULD TAKE TWO TO THREE WEEKS.

Tell me its there or where ever dont tell me to wait for a sms when its been way over the time you gave me when I booked in the phone. that's no answer!!!

I bet none of you at the store is following up why on monday the phone was in transit and by friday it still has not arrived, or what ever the reasons. No customer feedback or service ...

Seems like your store needs a wake up call from Mr Sitholizwe Mdlalose, lets see quickly I can get hold of his office to make him aware of this poor service and lack thereof.
