# Vodacom bad signal in Paardevlei business park Helderberg
We have several times reported , the horrific bad signal we have in the business park area of Paardevlei in the Helderberg to # Vodacom. It is impossible to work in this are on a # Vodacom contract. Every time we report this to # Vodacom, they just close the log without doing anything. There are many offices in this area and I am sure everyone has the same problem. I am busy investigating other service providers with a better signal in this area which I then will recommend to other business in this area with the same problem. We work with our cellphones and cannot afford this bad service and signal from Vodacom

14 Aug 2020, 10:26After more logs to Vodacom and their immediate computer generated reply to my Hello Peter complaint, still no action or communication from # Vodacom. I have been a Vodacom customer since cellphones came into South Africa. My loyalty towards # Vodacom is disappearing fast and with good reason because I have the same bad signal at my house so its impossible to work with a # Vodacom contract
