Vodacom bad services

My debit order did not go off i went on the 2nd January and paid my account cash today is the 5th my phone still bared i have been calling numerous times but get automatic response cant even get through to talk to an agent i have been a customer of vodacom all my life but i have had enough of this bad service. My cell phone nr is *** should anyone bother to follow up
