Vodacom bad service towards their customers

I am an uhappy Vodacom customer, I am very disappointed with their service, I advise everyone who want join Vodacom and those who are already using Vodacom as their service provider to find another service provider because Vodacom offers a n extremely bad service towards their customers. I've been experiencing bad service with Vodacom for quite some time and this is with regards to my data like an hour ago I had 1,10 GB data and like in less than 30 minutes I received an SMS stating that I have less than 588 MB worst part is I was using whatsapp the whole time and this has to stop now. Their service is bad to an extent that they would give you a customer care line but you wouldn't be able to speak to one of their consultants. They will make you listen to their unhelpful voice prompt until you get angry and decide to terminate the call.
