Vodacom = Bad service providers
Upgraded my contract online on the 30 Nov 2023 I received a notification on my Vodacom app that order processed and it is still there to date but have not received it. Apparently my order was cancelled as to by whom no one can give an answer, on the 20 Dec 2023 an escalation was sent to their supervisor. Till today no response from the company, it has shown me that they do not care about anyone at all. I would definitely not recommend anyone due to their service.
