Vodacom bad service provider

This network provider is neglecting its customers her are my fault ref: S5-5CA2L-LRV6L all that have sins happened is I get a call telling me to rate their service of which we in GERARDSVILLE still to receive. We have no signals from their tower and they don't even care. So VODACOM the people in GERARDSVILLE are looking to port to other services providers that do have signals in our area.
