Vodacom bad service.

My phone number of many year was sim swapped *****ulently to access my banking app. I was able to report it when i realized that it was being swapped, reported to vodacom and they said they will stop. fast forward money was taken from my account. called vodacom to stop sim and now when i want to get my number back they tell me to check other network for my number. Now im 8 months with out my number and cannot get it back. Vodacom does not care about their prepaid customers.
