Vodacom Bad Service
Vodacom is an absolute nightmare. The staff are not properly trained and are beyond unhelpful and rude. My husband passed away 5 months ago and the Executors of the Estate and myself have tried whatever it takes to get the contract transferred into my name. The required paperwork has been provided both to their Legal Department and personally to Springs Mall. I am an old lady of 72 and all alone. I need to have contact with the outside world in case of an emergency. My lines have been cut off for a month to six weeks. I went and filled in yet another form on Wednesday. Absolutely nothing has happened. I have paid for the service that I am not receiving. I tried calling customer service, no answer. I have sent an email to customer service and got a response from a robot. When I walked into Vodacom Springs Mall this afternoon, Keegan looked up, saw me and in front of his customer announced that they can do nothing to help me. After waiting a good 30 minutes I spoke to a gentleman whose name I cannot pronounce. He has told me to bring in the router tomorrow at 09h00 so that they can change the Sim card. These people have no idea of what customer service is about and literally couldn't care less. I have had so many promises after complaints to no avail. Where to from here? I have no idea
