I reviewed my complained about Vodacom here. They promise me to contact me. Til this date no word from them. I lock a complain. They send me a reference number. The next day they sent me a sms that my case was closed. Without contacting me. Vodacom, s after service is poor and bad fore ou land South Africa. A big company like this?
