Vodacom bad service during loadshedding

Why do i pay my bill bills every month and when there is loadshedding there is no signal on Vodacom but users such as CellC and MTN has signal during loadshedding this is really ridicules they must be prepared for the times during loadshedding i what Vodacom to reimburse me for the days that there were loadshedding because what if something happens to me if i drive around at night times then i cant phone anyone because Vodacom is offline so this is total Bulls#$t we pay our bills for what to get no signal during loadshedding ......
