Vodacom bad service

I logged a query with Vodacom during March 2025, however I made a payment of R1600. they never assist me to date as they saying they are unable to trace my funds but I have provided proof of payment and the statement that EFT was made from. Instead they handed over my account how horrible they are. That means my R1600. went to charity. They don’t care for their customers how selfish they are ref EC-21-GP-2D9X51.
