Vodacom BAD SERVICE AWARD

I am still waiting for an ETA on my order since they cannot say when they will receive stock from their supplier. I have been calling for 3 weeks every time they only say they don't know and have to wait maybe next week. This is unacceptable false advertising. Why process my order and when i follow up on delivery then only tell me it is on back order. While other shops have stock? Online department Customer services After sales No one can assists i have the recordings and will share it with everyone. Wish a manger will step up and sort this out!!!!
