Vodacom bad service

Vodacom is the worst network service provider. I’ve complained numerous times but still Vodacom fails to attend to the problem, in Mafikeng we struggle to make calls and an unable to use data. Previously I was able to use data only on WhatsApp, but currently it doesn’t even open WhatsApp and all my other apps. What is the use of having data when you can’t even use it to open your bank app.
