Vodacom bad service

Greetings

I am very dissatisfied with Vodacom service.lately there’s poor network coverage in my area.Early this year I bought a iPhone 12 max Pro for my daughter and I have vodacom router that she’s using.my daughter is a university student doing a second year. On July this year (2021) i lodged a complaint regarding a poor network connection to customer care line number. I was told by a vodacom technicians that they’ll attend to this matter because more 2 vodacom network towers near me were also faulty which is giving a strain to one tower that is functioning .They said turn around time will be 14 day. I was also told there have are future plans to build other towers that also left me worried that our kids must fail while waiting for vodacom future plans. As of today 20 September 2021 network towers has not been fixed.(screenshot of call reference numbers attached )

Vodacom is very much aware of what is happening in the country (Corona situation)things are done online, we sometimes work from home kids are attending classes on line. Even some of Vodacom stuff are working from home. Why is vodacom not speeding up the process to fix network towers.Vodacom is not only robbing me my hard earned money but is gambling with peoples lives and peoples future.

So today I went to Vodacom Shop to ask if the contract package for iPhone 12 can be changed to the cheapest package since there’s network issues. I was told that I’ll have to make a payment of R2800 to from one package to another.mind you , Changing of package is not my choice but it because of vodacom with their poor service.

My daughter is attending zoom session 3 times a week from 8:00 till 5 pm she have to travel from home to where there is network which is Ballito or Stanger CBD yet I am paying R1500.00.

I hope you’ll understand my concern and be able to connect me with someone who’ll assist.
