Vodacom Bad service

<p>I have been a client with Vodacom for 18 years with an billing of about R 3000.00 pm as I do alot of International calls</p> <p>Last year I upgraded to a Rugged Waterproof phone 67 rated witha 2 year guaranee.</p> <p> </p> <p>The phonefalls into a puddle and I get a reply from repair they can not repair it no spares</p> <p> </p> <p>I have laid an complaint 001CPaBM7UY221AD as I asked for a mreplacement phone as I am paying for a phone now I do not have,</p> <p> </p> <p>No resolve for such a life long client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
