Vodacom bad service

I purchased a apple iPhone from the vodacom in bluff center pick n pay section phone is on warranty till today 22-12-2019 I asked to be replaced as battery is dieng quick advised to book in for 14 days and it’s christmas period I cannot wait they said cannot do anything and won’t replace I am absolutely angry what service is that
