Vodacom Bad Service

I gave a big problem with Vodacom about data I've called no one can help I call Bloemfontein Regional Office yesterday to speak to a manager I hot an answering machine I left a message at 09- 45 in the morning no one came back to me as yet I don't want to speak to to customer care my patience is up there I want someone in management to call me according to the bank only management can help but so far no luck with that either so you tell me people like me on contract for how long can't get help but you can take our money every month Vodacom needs to look after thier customers but where I can't see it
