vodacom bad service

Vodacom is the worst!!!!

you open an account they do not tell you you have to pay R10 extra every month for caller ID

I arranged a debit order with them but sometimes they debt me sometimes they don't, I had sent emails about this issue I got no response I called I was put on hold for very long time. next thing I get email saying I must arrange payments, which I did and I paid the amount due. in that same month I received a call from vvm saying that Vodacom has handed me over for one of my accounts.

I have all the emails and paperwork to prove this, from owing Vodacom 8000 now VVM is saying I am owing 17000. I called Vodacom basically they told me they can not help me with this account

Vodacom is the worst !!!!! very disappointing I would not recommend Vodacom

vodacom only cares about making money, they do not care about their customers
