Vodacom BAD service

I have multiple contracts with Vodacom and their service is really ****. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been a vodacom customer since pre 2005. One of my contracts came to end of term (24 months) in August 2020. I called and asked for the contract to be stopped and the number to be changed to prepaid. Nothing was done. I called numerous times, went to vodacom in Midrand numerous times and nothing was done. Eventually the contract was changed in March 2021 after a lot of fighting. I even reported the matter to The National Consumer Council. That helped me nothing. All they did was read my emails, never responded. I eventually got an email on the 8th of Feb 2021 from Thato Chuene who is an Executive client liaison officer at vodacom who promised me the matter would be sorted and 6 months credit will be passed. To date I have not seen any credits and they still listed my account at the credit bureaus as "account arrears". Not to mention what that does to your credit score. I have never seen such incompetence in a corporate company in my life. No wonder the company does not have the facilities where one could talk face to face with their call center staff or managers. I'm sure a lot of fists would fly. The worrying part is I have 2 more contracts coming up for renewal in August this year. I want to change them to prepaid as well. OH BOY. HERE WE GO AGAIN I'm pretty sure I am not the only one. Not sure how many other people have promises of credits

What a load of *******. I was contacted by Vodacom last week Thursday to say the credits have been passed and I will get a statement showing all 6 months credit by the following day. So far nothing. I sent an email to Thato at Vodacom on the Tuesday to follow up on his empty promise, but once again, no response. Its easy to post that this issue has been resolved on this platform to make yourselves look good. This is not resolved
