Vodacom bad service

I don't know how it is possible for people to simswap your number with none of your details, but if you want to get your number back, it's a long story. I've struggled for 3 weeks and still no luck how is this possible .I have everything linked to this stupid number and it's making my live hell

Vodacom responded a consultant will contact me up till now nothing .My number was flaged because someone did a simswap on my number and o phoned in and they trying to give my number back. Now this flag is stopping the process of me getting my number back that I had for more then 30 years. They can contact me via email ***
