Vodacom bad service

Last week Wednesday around 21:00 my whatsapp was hacked and automatically kicked me out, following day I went to one of their branches they didn’t even help me instead they said my contact belongs to someone else where else I am still using them, they said I must register another contact and use the new one, vodacom gives strangers our contacts now I had to call and block the number because the person was using my personal details for her own reasons now since my number was blocked I need them back and samething happened to me around this time of the year last year, I went to the same branch because the person was asking people money in my name, they did sim swap for me but the sim card was giving me problems. Vodacom has bad service and our personal information is not secured at all, we are not safe. Kindly look into this
