Vodacom bad service

I have been trying to contact vodacom stores and helpline but nobody can answer my question on the helpline and the stores doea not pic up their phone at all very bad service that you can't answer evn one question. My question was does the Samsung Galaxy Tab s6 come with the keyboard cover on a contract and the helpline does not know and the stores does not answer their phones.
