vodacom bad service

vodacom is a poor service provider , i change banks and give vodacom the correct banking details ,they did'nt took money from the current account but from the old account . no they block my account so i connot used my phone at all or any other lines i agree to pay three quarter of the oustanding money so i can just have a phone to use but they refuse i have a sick wife at home and need to contact her regularly to make sur she is ok do you think vodacom cares nada i agrre to pay the outstanding money @month end .sorry they said no money no line .
