Vodacom bad service

<p>I had a data contract with Vodacom. Beginning January 2017 Vodacom blocked my contract without notifying me. After 3 expensive visits by my computer specialist i discovered that Vodacom allowed someone to purchase an Iphone 7 online without fica documentation onto my data contract. They allowed the ***** and i had to lay a ***** charge as requested by then. I have been to headoffice and been back and forth to the police. Still there is no joy. I cannot open a new contract and have to use pay as you go, which is very expensive. I am still waiting for them</p>
