Vodacom Bad Service

What a pathetic provider. I have a secondary number that is Rica's and the user's. I left it with money on and did not use the number for 2 months. Today when I wanted to use and call my second cellphone, it said the number does not exist anymore.

They are ******* and clearly require attention from the ombudsman on removing a registered number that has money on it without consent.
